We’re hiring Summer Students and Co-op Students who want hands-on experience in a real work environment. Whether you're exploring career options or aiming for a future in landscaping, construction, or skilled trades, this is a great place to start.
No experience needed — we provide full training on hand tools and equipment. All you need is a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
Location: Hamilton, Ontario.
Hourly Rate: $19-$22 per hour. Hours: 40 hours per week. Summer Students and COOP Students may be assigned to one or more of the following departments based on operational needs and skills:
- Grounds Maintenance
- Construction
- Residential
- Farm/Yard
What you will learn:
- Safe use of tools and equipment
- Real on-the-job construction and landscaping skills
- Teamwork in active job sites
- Industry safety practices and standards
Who We’re Looking For:
- Summer Students or Co-op Students currently in school
- Interested in landscaping, construction, or hands-on work
- Ready to work outdoors in different weather conditions
- Reliable, motivated, and willing to learn
- No experience required — just effort and attitude
