Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation & Management: Create, schedule, and publish engaging photos, videos, and graphic content across all social channels.
  • On-Site Event Coverage: Capture dynamic photo and video content on active job sites and at company events.
  • Digital Ads & Search: Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, targeting, and analytics.
  • Brand & Marketing Collateral: Design print/digital marketing materials (brochures, presentations) while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • Web & Email Support: Assist with website content updates and digital email marketing campaigns.
  • Performance & Insights: Track platform analytics, measure campaign performance, conduct market research, and refine content strategies based on data.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with social media platforms, graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), and Google Ads.
  • Analytics: Comfortable reviewing performance metrics and translating data into actionable content strategies.
  • Mindset: Highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and skilled at managing multiple project deadlines.
