About the Job
Oakridge Landscape Contractors is hiring a Senior Horticultural Specialist to oversee plant health, quality control, and field applications across our Southern Ontario project sites.
Highlights:
- $30.00 – $35.00/hour depending on experience.

What You'll Do
- Guide site crews on correct planting, pruning, and horticultural practices.
- Perform regular health checks on plant stock to diagnose pests, diseases, or stress.
- Execute pesticide and fertilizer treatments safely using your spray license.
- Select, tag, and inspect nursery stock to ensure high-quality material on every job.
- Work alongside crews during major installations and maintenance projects.
What You Need:
- Horticultural Diploma (required).
- Landscape Exterminator (Spray) License (required).
- Valid Driver’s License.
- 3+ years of horticulture/landscaping experience with deep plant knowledge.
- Capability to work outdoors in year-round conditions.
