Oakridge is currently seeking a dedicated and team-focused Groundskeeping Superintendent for the Hamilton and Brantford areas.
Leadership and Team Management - Shows motivation, delegation and handles conflict resolution
Communication and Interpersonal Skills - Provide clear directives, active listening and maintains client relations
Organization and Time Management - Prioritize task and pays attention to the details
Compensation - $60,000 to 70,000 Annually - Company Vehicle - Company Phone - A company-matched RRSP is available after one year - Benefits after 3 months
