Transform backyards into dream outdoor spaces across Southern Ontario. We’re hiring Residential Construction Crew Members to join our team.
What You’ll Do:
- Site Prep: Assist with excavation, grading, and site preparation.
- Hardscaping: Install interlocking pavers, natural stone, and retaining walls.
- Hands-on Craftsmanship: Perform physical outdoor work (lifting, digging) to build quality landscapes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Landscaping or construction experience preferred (will train motivated candidates).
- Reliable transportation and ability to work 10+ hour shifts in all weather.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic, dependability, and positive team attitude.
