Location: 340 Regional Road 20, Hannon.
Employment Type: Part-time, Seasonal at Ridge Soils.
Pay: $21.63 - $23.95/hour (based on experience).

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Ensure that all essential products are stocked at all times.
- Assist customers with the loading of materials.
- Load customers’ vehicles.
- Safely operate a skid steer loader.
- Build and maintain strong customer relations.
- Work in outdoor conditions.
- Keep the bulk area clean and organized.
- Receive payment from customers.
What You Bring:
- Previous experience operating a loader, bulldozer, or excavator.
- Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented.
- Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced, physical environment.
- Willingness to work weekends when needed.
- Valid driver's license with a good driver's abstract.
- Experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Great customer service skills.
