Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing social media accounts.
- Creating email marketing campaigns.
- Assisting with website updates.
- Conducting market research surveys.
- Planning and executing marketing events.
- Developing marketing materials like brochures and presentations.
- Tracking campaign performance and generating reports.
- Supporting the marketing team with administrative tasks.
- Responsible for capturing photos and videos of company events.
- Managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and performance analysis.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a related role.
- Proficiency with social media platforms, and graphic design tools.
Skills Required:
- Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively convey marketing messages and collaborate with different teams.
- Social media expertise: Familiarity with major social media platforms and the ability to create engaging content, schedule posts, and monitor interactions.
- Market research skills: Conducting competitor analysis, gathering customer data, and identifying industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
- Content creation: Assisting in developing various marketing materials like blog posts, email newsletters, social media graphics, and website copy.
- Analytical skills: Tracking campaign performance using metrics like website traffic, lead generation, and social media engagement to measure success.
- Organizational skills: Managing multiple projects, deadlines, and tasks efficiently.
- Creativity: Generating innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and content that resonate with the target audience.
- Technical proficiency: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and graphic design software.
- Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in marketing materials and data reporting.
- Adaptability: Staying up-to-date with evolving marketing trends and technologies.
