What You’ll Do:
- Support the Foreperson in leading and organizing a daily crew of three to five employees.
- Help assign tasks and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to Oakridge standards.
- Perform lawn and grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, and edging.
- Safely operate landscaping tools and equipment.
- Drive company trucks and trailers between job sites.
- Communicate with the crew, Foreperson, and clients in a professional manner.
What You’ll Bring:
- A valid G driver’s licence with a clean driver’s abstract.
- Previous experience leading or supporting a crew of three to five employees.
- Lawn maintenance or landscaping experience.
- The ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to work occasional Saturdays as required.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safe.
