What You'll Do
- Assist the Foreperson in guiding a daily crew of 3–5 workers.
- Complete grounds maintenance: mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, and edging.
- Safely drive company trucks with trailers between job sites.
What You Need
- Valid G License with a clean abstract.
- Leadership experience on a 3–5 person crew.
- Ability to handle physical outdoor labor and lift up to 50 lbs (some Saturdays required).
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
