Job Duties:
- Operate bulldozers and other heavy machinery to complete diverse landscape construction projects.
- Execute fine grading and site preparation with expert precision.
- Read, interpret, and follow grade stakes, elevations, and site plans.
- Collaborate closely with supervisors and team members to meet project timelines and quality standards.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and ensure safe, efficient operation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driver’s abstract.
- 3+ years of experience operating heavy equipment (bulldozer experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of fine grading, site layout, and construction best practices.
- Ability to read construction drawings and work independently with minimal supervision.
