What You'll Do:
- Operate bulldozers and heavy earthmoving equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform fine grading, site prep, and elevation setting according to site plans and grade stakes.
- Conduct daily inspections and basic equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with site Superintendents and crews to keep projects on schedule.
What You Need:
- 3+ years of experience operating heavy machinery (bulldozer focus preferred).
- Strong fine grading skills and ability to read construction blueprints/drawings.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean abstract.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to job-site safety.
