About the Job
Oakridge is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Grounds Keeping Superintendent to oversee year-round exterior maintenance operations for commercial properties.
Job Title: Grounds Keeping Superintendent.
Location: Brantford, Kitchener, Waterloo and London Area
Pay:
- $60,000 to 70,000 Annually.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Clear Directives: Explain daily work orders, safety rules, and expectations so everyone understands.
- Active Listening: Hearing concerns or feedback from crew members and clients.
- Client Relations: Speaking politely with property owners or managers
Organization and Time Management
- Prioritization: Daily and weekly tasks
- Attention to Detail: Noticing flaws on site before the client and correcting them
