Grounds-Keeping Senior Manager:
Keeping multiple sites running smoothly takes more than effort—it takes leadership, precision, and accountability. That’s where you come in.
At Oakridge Landscape Contractors, we’ve been building and maintaining 60+ properties across Southern Ontario for over 30 years. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Grounds-Keeping Senior Manager to lead our janitorial, landscape maintenance, and snow operations teams.
What the role looks like:
This is a leadership role focused on operations, quality, and team performance.

- Lead Operations: Oversee daily activities across janitorial, landscaping, and snow removal divisions.
- Set the Standard: Ensure all properties meet high standards for safety, cleanliness, and appearance.
- Manage Relationships: Coordinate with clients, vendors, and sub-trades.
- Monitor Quality: Conduct regular site visits and resolve issues quickly.
- Plan Ahead: Build schedules, manage seasonal workflows, and allocate resources.
- Drive Performance: Oversee contracts, service delivery, and team accountability.
- Handle Logistics: Coordinate emergency work, invoicing, and reporting.
- Overseeing Winter Ops: Snow and ice management, including documentation and site readiness.
What we’re looking for:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- 5+ years in property or facility management.
- Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, janitorial services, and snow/ice operations.
- Strong understanding of project costing, safety standards, and contract management.
- Tech-savvy with solid MS Office skills.
- A knack for leadership, quick thinking, and problem-solving under pressure .
