Oakridge Landscape Contractors is hiring an experienced Lawn Maintenance Foreperson in Hamilton! Lead a dedicated crew of 3–5 groundskeepers and maintain top-tier commercial properties across the region.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and work alongside a 3–5 person crew on commercial maintenance sites.
- Execute mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, edging, and clean-up to high standards.
- Communicate directly with supervisors and clients to ensure full site satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot daily challenges and keep your crew safe, productive, and on schedule.
What You Bring:
- Valid G Driver’s License with a clean abstract.
- 5+ years in landscape/grounds maintenance.
- 3+ years in a supervisory or crew lead position.
- Reliability, strong communication, and a positive team attitude.
